Rolando Gasca

Rolando Gasca began his automotive career at Robert Morgan Educational Center in the fall of 1999. He studied in the Honda Pact Program there and became ASE Certified in electrical, heating and air conditioning, power steering and suspension, brakes, manual transmission, automotive transmission, engine performance, and engine repair.

Shortly after completing the program in 2001, Rolando was hired as an apprentice at Braman Honda. It was there that Rolando gained diverse experience in automotive repair rising from an apprentice to a lead mechanic in only three years.

 

Rolando also gained shop experience during his short stay at Miami Acura in 2004. Due to multiple injuries from a motorcycle accident, Rolando had to take a leave of absence. After his two-year recovery, he was hired at Armstrong Toyota in 2006 and became one of the top performing mechanics in the shop.

 

In 2007, Rolando was promoted to the Assistant Service Manager position and for the next two years became one of the top Assistant Service Managers in the Toyota South Florida District, recognized for his excellent customer service satisfaction performance. In the fall of 2009, Rolando was laid off due to unfortunate budget cuts that were the result of the economic downfall in the U.S.

 

Determined to keep afloat, Rolando decided to open up his own automotive repair shop that would have the same quality repairs as a dealership but at a more affordable cost. After a lot of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, Rolando hosted the grand opening of Gasca Auto Care Inc. on January 1, 2010.

After a year and a half of providing excellent, affordable, and quality repairs to the Homestead area, Gasca Auto Care now has over 600 satisfied customers.
